PT PP (persero) Tbk, Senior Manager, digital and corporate communication - indonesia - aslip 2026

As a Senior Manager in Corporate and Digital Communication at PT PP (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), one of Indonesia’s leading state-owned construction companies, Nabila Satwikawati operates at the intersection of engineering, digital transformation, and strategic communication. Prior to this role, she spent several years leading digital construction initiatives in PTPP as a BIM Manager, where she was involved in driving the adoption of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital engineering practices across project delivery. Her previous experience continues to shape her perspective in her current role, enabling her to bridge technical implementation with strategic positioning at an organisational level.

PTPP’s Role in Advancing Sustainable and Digital Infrastructure

PTPP delivers nationally significant developments across Indonesia, spanning from high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centres and commercial offices to major road networks, bridges, dams, ports, airports, which includes government facilities in Indonesia’s new capital city (Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN)).

PTPP is strengthening its focus on sustainable delivery, as infrastructure systems face increasing pressure to respond to climate and resilience challenges. This shift helps bridge the gap between project-level execution and broader ESG objectives, supporting a more integrated and future-oriented approach to infrastructure development. There is also significant potential to deepen regional collaboration across ASEAN, particularly in advancing digital innovation and sustainable infrastructure practices on a scale.

In parallel, PTPP is advancing the enterprise-level adoption of digital construction, particularly through Building Information Modelling (BIM) and digital engineering practices that enable more integrated, data-driven project delivery. These capabilities are increasingly critical in managing complexity, improving coordination, and enhancing performance across the asset lifecycle.

Her Role in Shaping Infrastructure Delivery

Within this context, her role focuses on shaping how infrastructure delivery is understood, both internally and externally. She leads strategic communication initiatives that align project execution with organisational priorities in digital transformation and sustainability. This involves translating technical delivery into decision-grade insights for stakeholders, ensuring that digital engineering is positioned not merely as a technical function, but as a driver of efficiency, transparency, and long-term value creation.

Looking ahead, she is interested in contributing to cross-border initiatives that support future-ready infrastructure systems. By integrating engineering expertise, digital capabilities, and strategic communication, she aims to help shape infrastructure delivery models that are more resilient, adaptive, and aligned with long-term societal needs.
